Responsible, as senior landscape architectural consultant, for project theme/ vision development, landscape master planning, maintenance responsibility master planning, irrigation master planning, specific plan design guidelines, photo simulations, cost estimates, construction documents, agency approvals, and construction administration for this 7,000-unit community development. Responsible for site master plans for several parks including Aquatic Park (pool and waterplay), Arboretum Park, Dog Park, Event/ Farmers Market Park, Passive Park, and Sports Park. Prepared construction documents for the Salt Creek Regional Bikeway, Open Space Trails, Street Improvement Landscape Plans, Erosion Control Landscape Plans, Walls and Fencing, and Entry Monuments for several unit tracts. Mr. Jachlewski collaborated with the Riverside County Regional Park and Open Space District, Riverside County Planning Department, Riverside County Flood Control, Riverside County Transportation Department, Riverside County Building and Safety Department, Valley Wide Park and Recreation District, and Eastern Municipal Water District for project approvals. Prepared the landscape architectural design guidelines portion of the Specific Plan and coordinated the planning, maintenance and irrigation requirements with over 25 builders, landscape architects and civil engineers. The project includes California Friendly Landscaping® and a Central Control water efficient irrigation system.
