Responsible for the site master plan, photo simulations, grading and retaining wall design coordination, construction documents, and construction administration for the park, gathering plaza, playgrounds, artificial turf playfield, and site hardscape and landscape improvements. The $55 million design/build project is heavily utilized by the 14,000-person congregation and school facility (Pre-School – 12th grade). It is located in Point Loma at the Historic Naval Training Center redevelopment known as Liberty Station. The park and gathering plaza feature a virtual journey through the Bible, from creation to salvation, using landscape symbolism.
