Mount Palomar Winery and Resort – Temecula, CA
Responsible for project theme imagery, landscape master plan, photo simulations, and design development plans for this exciting mixed-use winery resort project. The proposed Italian style winery resort includes a new winery tasting room, boutique retail, restaurant, hotel, casitas, chapel, amphitheater, outdoor wedding/ event areas, courtyards, pools and spas, herb and formal gardens, vineyard expansion, parking lots, street improvements, and 15 estate-style residential lots. This high-end project is 30% below the maximum allowable annual water requirements of the State’s Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance and Riverside County’s Ordinance 859.
